CAN I BUY AT YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes you can buy at our website. You can also purchase our products at our retail store in Canggu, Bali.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

We will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. You’ll see the estimated delivery time at checkout. If you live in Bali and choose Grab/Gojek Instant or Sameday, then we will ship your order on the same day during our retail hours. We are open everyday from 9am to 9pm. If you live outside of Bali, we will try to ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving of your order. 

FORGOT TO ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER; CAN I MAKE A CHANGE BEFORE IT SHIPS?

It is possible to make add an item to your order before it ships but you have to contact us immediately so that we can update your order manually. There will be a difference in price, that you will have to pay, before we can ship your order. We normally ship your order within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR/SIZE OF WHAT I JUST ORDERED?

If we have not shipped your order, you may exchange your order of the same item with a different size or a different color, if we have them in stock. However, once your order has been picked up by the shipping courier, you will not be able to exchange your order. Please contact us immediately to change the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start an exchange for you no later than 48 hours of you receiving your order.

WHAT’S MY ORDER STATUS?

If you have an account at our website, you can log in and view order status and tracking on your account under Orders. Or you can contact us via Whatsapp or email us at info@yogarepublik.com and we’d be happy to provide you with an update.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I RECEIVED IT?

Our online system is currently not set up for exchanges, please contact us via Whatsapp, or email to get a return started, no later than 48 hours of receiving your order. Outside that window, exchanges will not be allowed. Please Note: not all items are eligible for an exchange.

If you are exchanging for a different size or color, and we have them in stock, we will save it for you. You are responsible for paying for shipping the item back to us, and for shipping the exchanged item to you.

Please Note: all returned items have to be in their original packaging and in new/unworn condition, otherwise we will not accept your return.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Depending on the status of your order, i.e. if we have shipped your order, you will not be able to cancel it. If we have not shipped your order, you may cancel your order. Please contact us immediately via Whatsapp or email and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

RETURNS: We are unable to accept any returns once an item has been bought unless there is a manufacturer's defect. To see full policy, click here.

EXCHANGES: If your item is eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes but we have to calculate your shipping costs manually. There are 2 ways to order from us:
1) You can place your order on our website and choose "pick up at the store" and contact us for shipping cost to your country and we will charge you separately.
2) You can contact us directly through Whatsapp or email us and tell us what you like to buy and where to ship to, and we will process your order manually.

WILL I PAY DUTIES OR IMPORT TAXES?

Some countries may charge import duties/taxes. These fees are set by your local customs office and aren’t always included in the product price.

DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS FOR FIRST TIME BUYERS?

We offer a 15% OFF discount for Yoga Republik brand items for first time buyers. Please subscribe to our newsletter to get the coupon code and be the first to know about our special promotions and sales.

HOW CAN I REACH YOU FAST IF I NEED HELP?

The quickest way is WhatsApp or DM us on Instagram during business hours. You can also email us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

Use the size guide on the product page. If you’re between sizes, choose the smaller size for a more supportive fit or size up for a more relaxed feel.

HOW SHOULD I WASH / CARE FOR ITEMS SO THEY LAST?

Cold wash on a gentle cycle and air dry when possible. Avoid high heat and fabric softener to help maintain shape and performance.

DO YOU OFFER PRICE MATCHING OR ADJUSTMENTS?

Sorry, Yoga Republik does not offer price matching or adjustments at this time.

THE STYLE/SIZE/COLOR I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING?

Yoga Republik comes out with collections each new season. If something is out of stock, emails us at info@yogarepublik.com and we’d be happy to double check for you.
