To Clean: After practice, wipe the surface with clean water or one of mat washes with natural ingredients. Use a clean, damp cloth to wipe away sweat and dirt, then allow the mat to air dry completely before rolling. Do not soak, submerge, or use harsh chemicals, as this can damage the moisture-absorbing surface.
